LL4Schools provides a safe environment for schools to use blogging with their pupils while at the same time providing students with a global audience. As all user accounts are created at the request of schools we have complete traceability and a single point of contact within each establishment.
In addition to blogging users can create communities of common interest: staff are automatically added to the staffroom community. Any user can create a community and ask others to join - and request to join communities created by other members. You could start with a group of friends from your class or school and expand to include any member of LL4Schools.
Users also have an online file storage area: use it to save pictures to add to your blog, upload music files, save work so you can access it from home or share with others in a project group.
If you see anything on this site that you think is not suitable for children to view then please contact us at admin@ll4schools.co.uk. Blog posts can be flagged as inappropriate (look for the "FLAG" button on the entry's page) which will alert us so we can take further action if appropriate. There are also resources and links to other sites in the Documentation community which offer advice and support on various issues around internet safety.
